Ramban Accident: Rescue ops continues on second day to trace missing persons | KNO

Ramban, May 20 (KNO): The divers of Indian army assisted by Jammu and Kashmir police, SDRF, civil volunteers and administration resumed rescue and search operation on second consecutive day to trace the missing men who were travelling in a vehicle that plunged into Chenab on Wednesday. According to the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), one person had died on Wednesday evening while two others got injured and six went missing after a vehicle they were travelling in fell into river Chenab near Duggi Pulli. Deputy Commissioner Ramban said that army divers resumed the rescue operation in the river Chenab to search for missing persons. He said that so far there has been no trace of the missing persons—(KNO)
